About LLP/ERASMUS Programme

The European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme enables people at all stages of their lives to take part in stimulating learning experiences, as well as helping to develop the education and training sector across Europe.

ERASMUS is a sub-programme that funds co-operation of higher education institutions across Europe. It supports students and members of academic and business staff who wish to expand their teaching and learning.

The Department of Library Science and Information Systems participates in the ERASMUS Programme. Panayiota Polydoratou is currently acting ERASMUS co-ordinator for the Department of Library Science and Information Systems.
